My Goals:
Eat healthy.
Exercise daily.

My Program:
I am tracking food - aiming for 1200 to 1500 calories a day, trying to consume at least 25 g of fibre daily. I am using the treadmill, doing yoga, doing tai chi and hiking. Exercise goals seems to be easy for me to fulfill.

Thanks for stopping by my page. Hubby has to be on board since he's on a doctor's strict diet due to congestive heart failure. He needs to lose well over 100 lbs but for now we're working on losing 60 lbs each. I think if he can manage the first 60 lbs., he'll stay motivated to lose more. emoticon

Thank you for the goodie! A TV is perfect. My workout today was a new Leslie Sansone radio HITs DVD--plus the workout I get at my new part-time job, which requires lots of walking and some lifting. Good night!
