I am tracking food - aiming for 1200 to 1500 calories a day, trying to consume at least 25 g of fibre daily. I am using the treadmill, doing yoga, doing tai chi and hiking. Exercise goals seems to be easy for me to fulfill.
I'm doing quite well. I have been a yoyo dieter for many years and was very happy to find out about SparkPeople. It has really helped to track my food and fitness. I have a phobia about stepping on the scale after dealing with bulemia in the past so am gauging my progress with measuring and clothes size. I'm dogless at the moment after my beagle died. Broke my heart and I can't face that again. I'm now madly in love with my son's Cavalier King Charles Spaniel though so that tactic hasn't worked! How about you?
