I am tracking food - aiming for 1200 to 1500 calories a day, trying to consume at least 25 g of fibre daily. I am using the treadmill, doing yoga, doing tai chi and hiking. Exercise goals seems to be easy for me to fulfill.
Than you for adding me back! I want to be friends with people who are active on SP. I have come to the conclusion that I will not be able to loose weight - or any other goal, for that matter, on my own. I know this because I have always done things on my own. Sometimes successfully, for sure, but it is som much easier with help.
So in 2015 i am gonna reach goals with support and have some fun on the way.

Thanks for stopping by my page. Hubby has to be on board since he's on a doctor's strict diet due to congestive heart failure. He needs to lose well over 100 lbs but for now we're working on losing 60 lbs each. I think if he can manage the first 60 lbs., he'll stay motivated to lose more.
