I am tracking food - aiming for 1200 to 1500 calories a day, trying to consume at least 25 g of fibre daily. I am using the treadmill, doing yoga, doing tai chi and hiking. Exercise goals seems to be easy for me to fulfill.
Thanks for your comment on Weaver. He had surgery yesterday morning and is doing well. I posted a photo of him on my Sparkpage with the cone collar on. He has been really good so we are only putting it on him at night.
Hi Val, Thanks so much for the guitar. I noticed you are doing well with your exercising. I didn't do so well this week. I think I may have done a bit too much the last couple of weeks. I started feeling so tired and then felt like I was going to catch a cold. I stopped working out and went to bed early and it seemed to help. I need to not be such an all or nothing person. Moderation??? What's that??? lol
I'm glad you had a fun vacation. I know what it's like when you're away from home. We go to NY every couple of years to visit. By the time we get back home I feel horrible. Getting out of my routine and eating out a lot is hard for me. I feel so bloated. I'm glad you are back in the swing of things. I had a bad day yesterday but I'm not giving up.
Than you for adding me back! I want to be friends with people who are active on SP. I have come to the conclusion that I will not be able to loose weight - or any other goal, for that matter, on my own. I know this because I have always done things on my own. Sometimes successfully, for sure, but it is som much easier with help.
So in 2015 i am gonna reach goals with support and have some fun on the way.
