Hello! I am very excited to have found this site. I am a gastric bypass patient of 3 years 136 pounds down, with none gained so far. I am trying to keep it that way, and want to work my way to a better body and better feeling when I get up every morning. I am siked to now have somewhere to go to find motivation and encouragement.

My Goals:
I would like to get down to 150 pounds eventually. I used to think I needed to lose weight for other people and their perception of me, now, I only want to do it for me and my perception of myself.

My Program:
Right now I am concentrating on the exercise portion of my life. I hate exercising, but recently found the Slim, Sculpt and Firm with walkblaster DVD's. I LOVE THESE. This is simple and easy to do. It is done in the blink of an eye, and I always feel good after doing it. My eating habits are not horrible since I had gastric bypass. I utilize the eating many meals a day, but not eating a huge quantity of food.

Personal Information:
I am 25 and from Fredericksburg, VA. I currently work for a Government Contractor. My work hours have gotten much better since I've switched jobs. However, recently I've used my extra home time as a way to veg out rather than work out. I have a wonderful boyfriend of over a year. I love music, tv and movies, and I hope to someday love walking/working out as much!

Other Information:
My favorite book ever is Jemina J. This is the most inspirational "Big Girl" book ever. I highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to become more comfortable with themselves and their bodies.
I am a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. I graduated from Christopher Newport University in December 2003.
