CREATIVE ways To EXERCISE With SIX

1. Wear the baby. Stroller the toddler. Everyone else walks.
2. Double stroller baby and one toddler. Older kids bike. Mama jogs.
3. Oldest kid pushes toddler in single jogger. Mama wears baby, pushes other child in single jogger.
4. Daddy watches kids. Mama goes to gym.
5. Kids sleep. Mama uses exercise video.
6. A kid wakes up and "helps" Mama do exercise video.
7. All children and Mama set up ...

Thanks for adding me as a friend! You have 5 children too? What are the ages? Mine are 16, 14, 11, 4 and 2 months. I love your list of ideas on how to get exercise with or without the kids!
