CREATIVE ways To EXERCISE With SIX

1. Wear the baby. Stroller the toddler. Everyone else walks.
2. Double stroller baby and one toddler. Older kids bike. Mama jogs.
3. Oldest kid pushes toddler in single jogger. Mama wears baby, pushes other child in single jogger.
4. Daddy watches kids. Mama goes to gym.
5. Kids sleep. Mama uses exercise video.
6. A kid wakes up and "helps" Mama do exercise video.
7. All children and Mama set up ...

1. 10,000 steps each day.

Re: comment on my activity feed: Kind of, but I don't want to have to put all the energy into thinking up challenge's and all that. if it was just a bunch of people who like tennis and want to gab about it, that would be great.

No running again this week. I'm killing it on the elliptical and cycle until the shin splints subside. It's not been pleasant but I've been doing my stretches and other exercises to prevent future bouts. Thanks for the encouragement!
