Je suis un peu tarte et je n'avais pas vu le lien dans ton blogue... j'ai du le lire vite LOL! Fail
J'ai lu la page, je trouve ça pas pire. J'aurais bien aimé trouver ça il y a une couple d'année hahaha parce que ça sonne comme moi quand j'avais 20-21 ans... c'est fou!
Comme tu dis, à ne pas faire plus de 21 jours - parce que c'est évidemment carencé, mais pour 21 jours ça ne doit pas être si pire, quoique ça s'appelle detox, alors y doit y avoir des moments de cold turkey, hein!
Tu m'en donneras des nouvelles :)

Je te réécris pour si on fait quelque chose samedi, j'ai une soirée en préparation ici mais je ne sais pas à quelle heure, mais bon faut je me lave hein après un 5k... XD et je sais pas vraiment combien de temps ça prend se rendre d'ici à là-bas. On se reparle cette semaine!

YOU CAN DO IT!! Hooah! Even if you have to "double up" on a few days (especially in the earlier days when it's a little easier), you'll be able to rock it out!
