I'm almost ready to start my master's full time and I've got a wedding to attend in a year. I'd like to lose some weight and inches, but my main focus is on eating better, exercising on a regular basis and feeling better.

For now, I'd like to get down to 190 before school starts, but I hope to be to 160 by May 2011!

Exercise: walking, some strength training, wii fit when the weather is bad.

Diet: Incorporate more sources of plant fat, watch my carb-fat-protein balance, and use portion control to allow myself treats!
