Hello! About 4 years ago I lost weight and got on a regular exercise program. Maintenance has been very difficult all along the way. In the fall (2013) life got busy and I lost my exercise routine. Now I have 10 pounds to loose and am just beginning to exercise again. I am seeking to get some solid habits in place and find a way to maintain those habits without a constant struggle. Sugar is a huge stumbling block for me so I do better when I avoid it.

Wow, thanks for the comment. Sometimes I really have to push myself to workout, it would be so easy not to. At those times I tell myself that I'll just go for 10 minutes. But once I'm there, I usually stay for longer! It's the getting there that's the hard part.
