Day 4 down! I'm with you, i'm all menstrual and totally was not up for a workout this morning, but i did it! Last night a made a background for my page of my thinspiration *laughs* It's a work in progress, but it's mostly finished. I think I'm gonna take a progress picture at 15 days. On the 20th, my FH and I are going to get some engagement photos done :) I hope my arms are a little more toned by then *laughs*

I'm actually going to do it everyday, straight through. I've actually considered (catch your jaw) doing it 2x a day, maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I know I know, I'm nuts, but I haven't decided this is something i WILL do *laughs*
I am going to start doing some balance ball exercises, for maybe 10 minutes a night. Kinda burn those extra calories and tone a bit more, but nothing over the top.

The eating is going well for me. I have been really good about keeping my sugar in check, which is probably the hardest thing. I hear you on the cottage cheese. I love it, but I do burn out on it after a while. I try to mix it up with protein shakes, and beans, and lean meats. PCOS really sucks. I hope you are feeling better from whatever symptoms seem to be plaguing you as of late. Thanks for checking in on me... it keeps me accountable. 2150 days ago
Thanks for the encouragement! I am doing really well with my Body for Life program thus far. Cutting out sugar was tough for the first three days, and now, it isn't so bad. I look forward to my free day, so that I can eat some junk food. I have had success with this program in the past, and it seems to help with the PCOS symptoms. I do get tired of eating cottage cheese and eggs after a while, though, which makes it hard to maintain the program.
