My main goal is to lose weight and be healthy. Most of my health issues will disappear or greatly improve if I lose weight. I would not need to take prescription medications anymore. This is what my doctor told me. It sounds so easy when she says it. Lose the weight and you will be all better.
I know you want to get to your goal and you can do it. Work on losing five pounds and keeping that off. I've lost FIVE POUNDS, 7 times in the past nine months. That isn't a lot, but I'm getting there and NOT gaining it back.
