You know I've heard about this Alot thru passing conversations...you hear snatches while people walk by and it never makes sense till you actually see what it is they were referring too...I had no idea sparkpeople was an online fit community...the only thing I was looking for was a Free Meal Counter so I could track my caloric intake per day and this is where google led me :)) I'm in my 30's and have been very active in dance and sports since age 5....Since my mid twenties when the dancing ...
You know I've heard about this Alot thru passing conversations...you hear snatches while people walk by and it never makes sense till you actually see what it is they were referring too...I had no idea sparkpeople was an online fit community...the only thing I was looking for was a Free Meal Counter so I could track my caloric intake per day and this is where google led me :)) I'm in my 30's and have been very active in dance and sports since age 5....Since my mid twenties when the dancing started slowing down due to work and school my weight started increasing, then with the birth of my first son it really hit me that I can't just eat whatever and expect to be a cute little 120+ frame any more...I have to focus and stay dedicated...Fitness isn't a short time satisfaction, It is a life time commitment. Researching and studying and listening to this that and the third party had me so confused and on a complete weight gain and loss roller coaster over the past 3 years I needed to put a complete halt to the madness. So Saturday I took the plunge and enlisted in the help of a Professional Trainer with over 25+ years in the Industry. He spent 4 hours with me educating me and dispelling a lot of what I thought where Fact ...no more protein bars :( Well not right now anyway, I've a ways to go till I can safely eat a little bit of what I thought was helping me lost weight....So putting my Protein Bars to the side I'm focusing on strictly clean eating and staying consistent with my exercise...no more going 4 days strong taking 2 weeks off...I'm hurting myself that way I see that now. So here I am. I look forward to connecting with some of you and hearing your stories and witnessing your goals come true. :)))
