Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. Been having some issues with my foot so had not been able to walk as usual. Then in Jan. had a hysto. thru it all though I have only missed about 5 weeks of gym. I have managed to get back on track but am using a different food tracking program. I do check in once in a while on Spark. I also am glad that Sparks in now available for my Ipod Touch so that I can check in that way also.

I know you want to get to your goal and you can do it. Work on losing five pounds and keeping that off. I've lost FIVE POUNDS, 7 times in the past nine months. That isn't a lot, but I'm getting there and NOT gaining it back.

If you are an emotional eater, read the book "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on how to stop the yo-yo cycle. There is a SparkTeam now to discuss his book.

Been slacking off since the holidays. Gained about 5 lbs. but am back on track with my eating. Have not missed a day of gym which is very good.
