It is time......

I am 33 and need help. Well I went up to 305 pounds over the holidays and I decided I needed to get down to the nitty gritty and get this mess off. I have two beautiful children and a husband who loves me to death. I need to be around for them. I have so far lost about 15 of the pounds that I have gained but I would love to lose more. Support is welcome.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 10 pounds a month. Also to get my thyroid function under control.

My Program:
I plan to eat smaller meals, and find other ways to deal with stress. I also want to eather walk of ride my bike everyday.

Personal Information:
Life is hard when you have to look a certain way to be successful. Just like people don't tend to have heavey models in photoshoots, they don't care to have a heavey photographer either. I am a photographer in training. Not only with my camera but, with my body as well.

Welcome to the emotional eaters team. You will get a lot of support, advice and encouragement here. Post us often. We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help.
