I know you want to get to your goal and you can do it. Work on losing five pounds and keeping that off. I've lost FIVE POUNDS, 7 times in the past nine months. That isn't a lot, but I'm getting there and NOT gaining it back.

I'm working on getting in more steps every day. We're almost halfway there and we have just over 2 weeks left. We can do it!!
