My Goals:
Slow down & think before I eat.

Meditate on the positive.

Eat Clean

Think small frequent protein and fruit or veggie meals.

Drink water!

Exercise 30 minutes at least 3 times a week.

To not eat in front of the TV. (My trigger)

My final goal is to be 158#'s which puts me right in the middle of my healthy BMI range.

My Program:
I exercise with a goal.
My goal this year is to compete in two triathlons. So I try to get swimming, running and biking in every week.
Eat with a goal. To eat as close to natural whole foods as possible because I believe this is the best way to be as healthy as I can.
And of course work towards spiritual & emotional health with church and my program.
Just do it!

Personal Information:
Born and raise in the Pacific NW. Married since 1982 with four children. Love to read, dance, crochete, dirt bike ride, camping, doing stuff with my kids just to name a few. My friends tell me I have an adventuresome quiet spirit that can surprise you at times. Some times I crack myself up.
