Here's to a new me.

I'm new to the Spark network, only two months in, but have lost 41 pounds as of writing this. I plan to keep using this to reach my goal weight.

My Goals:
1) Lose weight at a healthy pace.
2) Begin regular exercise
3) Enjoy tasty beer.

My Program:
'Beyond the Twelve Ounce Curl' (author: BikeBeerBBQ on Spark), and Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution both inspired me. I am following the recommended eating and fitness programs in the book.

Personal Information:
I am Tim, and was born in Ohio but have lived in New Hampshire and now Virginia.
Virginia has a lot to offer, I just need to take advantage of it.

Other Information:
I love to homebrew, though it is stifling weight loss. I believe if I give up my beloved barley wines and IPAs, and brew session beer, I can achieve my goals.

I have also taken a love of geocaching in the recent past. It's great to get out into the wilderness and find buried treasure.
