I am so proud of you right now you just can't believe. You are so close to meeting your goal it is crazy. 2lbs, that's a dump. Don't over eat, continue to make smart choices. It's going to be hard, just remember....I'll lock you up if you don't stay on track.
Thank you for your comments on my kidney day blog! Yup, losing weight is good for the knees! Thank God I met my 2009 goal weight! I can't imagine how much pain I might be in if I weren't in good shape! :D
I really feel for people whose knees hurt from weight. Thankfully mine's just an injury, which I will recover from, however slowly it may be. 2550 days ago
Thanks for reading my blog. Those snacks have prompted more than one binge session for me, so avoiding them is difficult, but necessary. I refuse to be controlled by the snacks. I'm an apple girl too - I usually pair it with about 10 raw almonds to balance it out. 2556 days ago
