Uza's Quest for Health/Life Transformation

I AM VERY MOTIVATED to regain as much of my health as I can, and rid myself of the chronic, debilitating pain and fatigue of the last several years. Too young to feel so old, and having no desire to end up *too sick or crippled* to care for myself in years to come, I am (at age 47) finally taking responsibility for my health and holding myself accountable for my choices, as well as their consequences. And it is very empowering!

Good morning! Thank you so much for your very kind comment on my blog (Thanks, SparkPeople!) and for the very thoughtful comment on my page about why you spin the wheel every day. I had never thought of it as "clocking in" before, but I will now. I think that's a great way to think of it. Thank you so much for taking the time to share that!

Here's to a happy Thursday! Let's go do some sparkin'! :-)
