Uza's Quest for Health/Life Transformation
I AM VERY MOTIVATED to regain as much of my health as I can, and rid myself of the chronic, debilitating pain and fatigue of the last several years. Too young to feel so old, and having no desire to end up *too sick or crippled* to care for myself in years to come, I am (at age 47) finally taking responsibility for my health and holding myself accountable for my choices, as well as their consequences. And it is very empowering!
