My Goals:
I would like to weigh 175 pounds by the end of 2014.

Fitness goal: be able to walk at a pace of 4 mph for at least a mile. Right now I am at 3.5 mph. And don't lean on the treadmill handles!

My Program:
Eat less, especially less fat, meat, and salt. Focus more on vegetables and fruit. Exercise more.
