Exploring the space

I'm getting married to my boyfriend of eight years on July 6th, 2013. I have gained 25 pounds in the time we've been together. We have a "wedding website" and he posted pictures of us over the years- boy do I look different. I'm in the middle of a mission to improve my looks, weight, health, and energy. It's very important to me to be the best I can be and the wedding date is my motivation for a target date.

In addition to losing those 25 pounds, I want to exercise four times per week, lower my cholesterol, get regular massage, hair, skin and dental care, and plan the wedding for 100 people.

and goal trackers daily.
Go to gym 4 times per week.
Caloric deficit of 500-600 calories per day.
Limit to no more than one
alcohol drink per day.
Develop a running program.
