You know I wrote in my blog today how where were all the people who are complimenting me now 45 pounds ago and how I could have really used the encouragement when I was struggling to get started. So you know what, I realized I can do that for other people. So here I am, telling you what a beautiful person you are already and how if you've got a goal for you and your body you can absolutely do something about it. Whether it's drinking 8 glasses of water today, 10 minutes of exercise, or just getting your servings of fruit and veggies - you can do it because you deserve to be treated well.
