Thank you for your comment on my blog. I was diagnosed with hashi's over ten years ago and just felt worse and worse....and then watched my daughter start going g through a lot of the same issues. Funny how I wouldn't do much for myself, but when one of my "babies" is hurting I'm all over it
I have all I can do to get more than a tsh out of my provider. I don't know what the heart test is, food intolerance is not in my current budget and the diet is, at this point resolving a lot of issues.
I have been meaning to pick up a copy of the root cause. Sou you've found it to be helpful?

Daisy sits at that window a lot during the day and she does go crazy every time someone walks by or if she sees a kid in the yard across the highway. I've been trying to teach her that if I say it's okay then she can stop barking. Tonight when she saw people in her yard she did start barking but I think she finally decided that I wasn't upset and she was getting tired of barking! We have a lot of police cars going by every day with their sirens and she always runs to look so I think it was the sirens that caught her attention. They were going slow enough today for her to see what was making that noise!

If the transcript process if free for "alumni", I'd give it a try to help with their records update for you...and no more reason to miss another reunion.
