Thank you for the bloglove on my post 75 Days Does Not A Habit Make. I'm proud to say I did get outside with those doggies and took a tiny walk. That's enough to count because life really does make other demands. the funny thing is that only a week ago I had begun to think I really had formed a habit - that I had quit waking up thinking "it's all too much I can't do this" ah well. It's all about being conscious, right? Being present - being here. And that is all good.
