Thanks, Pam, I don't know how i ended up posting my blog twice - certainly did not mean to. So i just deleted one.
Now to fix lunch. Have some corned beef for my son - and will fix some steamed cabbage to go with it. That I can eat - and lots of it. Also, a friend gave me more lettuce from her garden - so a salad. May have just a bite of the corned beef - love the stuff, but it has way too much salt for me.
Thank you for your kind words on my Grieving Still blog. I spent a good bit of yesterday talking about it with Himself and it has helped a lot - but first I had to unplug here on Spark People. The future looks a lot brighter. Well. it always did. LOL - it just looks a lot CLOSER.
And I didn't eat ice cream straight out of the box, either!

The TV-dinner idea sounds like good idea, too, but I do still work and don't have much time for cooking except on weekends and the next two weekends will be filled with emptying and stashing everything from all the kitchen cupboards, pantry, etc.. and setting up a "makeshift" kitchen on the porch!
