APR 2009 -back to Curves. -love it there and closer to work and on my way home- NO EXCUSES!

Hey there :) Just wondered what kind of diet you are following? Im not familiar with the center for weight loss...is this a liquid diet or do you eat a regimented menu everyday?

You have quite a few cheering you on! I'd love to create a spark page, with no luch so far. I'm in Kissimmee, in a 55+ community. I'm all excited about sparkpeople! There's so much to learn, and so little time to soak it all up. I started at 202 lbs. and got to 192, then slipped back up to 194 and holding. I learn from my mistakes. Would love to chat with you.I love all the recipes, fitness, and health articles. I hope to find out how to jump rope with a big bladder problem.
