My story: I have been heavy my entire adult life. In 2008 I had enough I was 315 in 5 short months I lost 80 lbs. Then I got pregnant then I lost track of life now I am fat again and not myself. I need to love myself again because I am terribly unhealtht.

Hello, I had the same experience you did, lost 70 pounds though and gained it back with a pregnancy it was very difficult and upsetting.. i was so disappointed.. but i had to pick up where I left off its a little more difficult this time.. but i won't give up and I know you can do it!
