Well it's been a helluva year and my weight is definitely the indicator. Dealing with health issues and other stressors unfortunately has placed me squarely back at square one... time to get back on the bandwagon. Onwards and upwards as they say.. I'm nothing if not determined (and getting lots of practice climbing back on the wagons!). I just turned 50 and frustration level is high after a summer too hot to do anything physical outside. Well it's been a helluva year and my weight is definitely the indicator. Dealing with health issues and other stressors unfortunately has placed me squarely back at square one... time to get back on the bandwagon. Onwards and upwards as they say.. I'm nothing if not determined (and getting lots of practice climbing back on the wagons!). I just turned 50 and frustration level is high after a summer too hot to do anything physical outside. I hate regimented exercise and love to bike, rollerblade, swim and walk outdoors. Usually summer is the best time for weight loss. Well, I lost 3 pounds but inactivity has placed a few inches back on my waist and butt. Time to get a move on. I can't wait for cooler weather allowing me to run and play outdoors. I need a buddy to help keep me motivated and moving.....

My Goals:
To get healthy and stay there. To stay away from junk food and do something physical every day; even if it's just a short walk. I can't count the number of times I've started and stalled out. Time to get these 18 lbs off for good.
My Program:
Eating healthier; thinking more about what I'm putting in my body...cooking more, cutting out the junk and staying active; walking, skiing, rowing and the Wii Fit. Time to bring the bike in and get it mounted to start indoor biking again.
