This Journey Is Because I Love Jesus and Want To Make Him Happy

My main motivation for working on my health is my number one life goal. This goal is to fulfill the purpose I was created for. I love God and want my life to bring Him joy. I want to fulfill my purpose on earth. Jesus is my example, and I am doing this with His help.

I am using Sprarkpeople to help me see and overcome my bad habits. My goals now are habit focused rather than number focused. This helps me not to get discouraged and to make permanent changes. Ultimately, I know this will get me to a healthy weight and better all around health as well.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to have the health, strength and energy to fulfill my God given purpose successfully in my life.

My goals will now focus on changing unhealthy habits rather that on weight

My October goals are:


1. Drink 8 8 oz glasses of water daily.

2. To exercise consistently 5 days a week even if it is only 10 minutes!

3. Drink 2 protein shakes a day.


Milestones I'm Looking Forward To:

1. To get my weight under 215.

2. To be able to do a real full pushup!

3. To be able to buy off the rack clothes in any store!

4. To not get so out of breath with activity.

My Program:
1. Consistently drink 80 oz of water daily.

2. Cardio at least 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes per session.

3. ST 2 times a week.

4. Track my intake and exercise.

5. Stay within my calorie range.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Chicago. I now live in the Pacific NW with my husbqand Donald. I don't have much in the way of family so my Spark freinds are that much more special and precious to me. I have given my life to Jesus, and am being transformed day by day to be more like Him.

Hey Girl It's been a while huh! emoticon emoticon emoticon Bobbie Northern is no longer here. I just thought I would tell ya since I see she gave you a goodie at some point. She was spending too much time here so she said she had to go. Maybe she will come back though. Me, I will be here for years to come. I won't stop unless God tells me to quit the team as a leader. God always brings someone around to the team and has them reach out to me for help. Over the last four years God has lead about six people to me and I have gotten to know them on a real personal basis, and my life has been blessed by reach people. God has used SP as His vessel and it is amazing what kind of things He has done through our team! Well, it you read the team mass emails you always have some sort of idea what is up with me for the most part. Can't share my complete life, but it is pretty dare close to my whole life. How e;se can I share what god does through me, and how I depend on him through all of the twists and turns. Well, I hope this message finds you well my friend! Take care. I love you!
