My Goals:
My goal is to lose 75 pounds total it has been a struggle. I have lost and gained and now at this age I want to keep it off. I am also going on a cruise in Feb. and would like this to be a reward for myself.
My Program:
I am learning to eat right, I have been drinking alot of water (1/2 by body weight in oz per day), I have been do I have been walking, and just started a new job where they have a work facility for their employees.
