I really appreciate your comment. Part of the problem is that I am never hungry after a run, expecially a long run. Often my husband is starving by the time I get home so I can barely be out of the shower and he's asking if he can start the grill or make the salads...then I have the added issue of eating lunch and finding that my gut wants to empty right away....sigh....but your comment tells me I need to do this even if I'm not hungry and the key to the gut issue is in what I eat I'm sure also in my hydration during the run since a lot of what I'm reading says that delaying hydration will contribute to this...I'll learn! LOL Thanks

Suzy, I THINK I had my taper crazies yesterday (I was a hot mess) and now i will be too distracted to even think about it starting tomorrow. We are leaving tomorrow and will be busy busy busy!
