Wanted to stop by to see if I could be of any help. I saw your response on the Water Aerobics team message board. One of the things that I do when I am fighting those cravings is crush myself a big glass of ice. With the crushed ice I got the feeling of eating something because of the chewing I had to do and it also helped me get my water in, as I am not a big fan of drinking 8 glasses a day.
