Hi...My name is Bonnie and I am from St.catharines, Ontario Canada. But I live in Hamilton. January 1st 2007 I got a rare form of MS, so I am disabled and am lerning to live with it. It has been very hard for me, considering I used to go out and party and dance etc. I love my son and music.

Other Information:
As you can see I love "THE DARK KNIGHT" and I am trying to live ONE DAY AT A TIME

Thank you for coming by to visit my page a few days ago when I was the Motivator of the Day. I read your page and I wanted to let you know - I have a very rare condition called Vascular Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I know what it's like to be up and down and up and down and lack what it takes. What everyone else seems to have...to exercise. I exercise in a pool, too. People think I should weigh less than I do. I used to be a really beautiful, young girl...thin without even trying...but things change.
I've learned to be happy looking like this now. I'm still a pretty lady and I'm still a viable part of society...and so are you. So, no more of this "talk". I'm glad to see you in a pool...getting your exercise. That will help with depression. You swing by my page when you're feeling down and we'll talk.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
