I do not know you or you me. I noticed a sympathy icon -on your page. One of your posts someone mentioned your dog passing. I was drawn to your page because I have a red short hair golden retriever and I am a pet lover like you. So if your dog did pass I send you my sincere condolences. I'm sorry but when I saw your Icon My stomach flipped. Your dog looks just like ours. We had to have him put down for illness and old age, but he was such a delight and part of our family. That pic made me miss him all over again. I just had to tell you. Good luck . 2972 days ago
I read your comment about night eating & just wanted to share with you what I did during my night classes. I would eat breakfast/lunch/dinner before the class started...trying hard to eat dinner no later than 20 mins before class (needed time to get to class on time...lol). During class, or at least its breaks, I would eat snacks. Of course, if I had been eating healthy at that time, it would've been better for me. But, it still prevented me from eating those wrong foods so late. If I had night classes now, I'd follow the same as before, but my meals/snacks would be the healthy variety I eat now.
I must admit my motivation for eating the meals before class is that once class is over, I rarely felt like going home to cook. I have the same issue now. I'll eat breakfast/lunch/snacks before I get home. I'll get sidetracked doing other things & before I know it, I'm sleepy & haven't eaten dinner yet. I get mad that I have to stay up & eat, but I do it anyway because I know to go to bed consistently without eating dinner would skew my weight loss success. To combat this issue, I try to eat bigger lunches & small dinners. I resent having to eat dinner less if the dinner is small. If its a sizeable dinner I get mad because I feel I have to eat it so my calories consumed can stay as close to goals as possible....even though I'd rather just go on to sleep. 2976 days ago
