My Goals:
1. By 6/14 I earn a 23 on the fitness test on my Schwin exersize bike, measured each month.
-Oct-21

-January-24!!!!!!!!!!!

Action Steps:
-Use my exercise bike 3x per week for at least 15 minutes. Use interval intensity training to push myself.

-At least 500 fitness minutes each month!

Short Term Action: By April 2014, I will be able to do 30 girl push-ups.

I am eating 1200-1500 per day, walking every day, and trying to explore this beautiful area by developing an interest in hiking!
