For Me!

For the last several years I made bad choices in many areas of my life. Since May I've changed (for the most part) a lot of those decisions and without trying removed 40 pounds. I want to continue the weight removal and need some motivation, hopefully this will be it.

I pretty much took 2008 off as my life seemed to self-destruct before my very eyes. Things are better now thank goodness and I am ready to resume my journey to a fit, thinner ...

I pretty much took 2008 off as my life seemed to self-destruct before my very eyes. Things are better now thank goodness and I am ready to resume my journey to a fit, thinner healthy person. I will say that some of the old habits did stick with me and while I gained back about 20 pounds that I had lost previously, only ten of that came from emotional eating and the other ten showed up when I started working as an EMT and eating out three times a day (NOT RECOMMENDED!). The EMT ten is now gone and the other ten plus more is shortly to follow. I am SOOOO looking forward to the new and improved me!

Eating-Tracking my food daily. Making healthier choices but eating some of what I crave too. Not feeling deprived works better for me than cutting out everything!
