I was fortunate to loose some weight on the fall challenge then life smacked me around a bit and I lost my shine...I am sad to announce that I have put back on nearly 30 pounds so this winter challenge couldn't come at a better time. Look around - say hi and remember that we ALL deserve the chance to be better and with friends like this we CAN do it!!

My Goals:
I need to loose 100 pounds overall. My basic goal is to get off high blood pressure meds, prevent the threat of impending diabetes, and most of all be alive to see my teenage children reach adulthood and more.

My Program:
At this time I am following Chris Powell's "Choose to Loose" carb cycling regimen where you alternate high carb and low carb days. Carbs are NOT eliminated by any means. I think that any diet is only as good as the willpower you have to stay on it so if I find that I can stick to it - it's good for me.

Personal Information:
I'm from Upstate New York, am married and have 15 year old twins. I am also very active in autism awareness and support in my community.
