My Goals:
My goals are to be healthy and fit -- it's not so much about a number on a scale as it is being an inspiration to my kids, being able to open even the worst Gatorade bottles, and feeling strong.

Additionally, I really want to get my BMI in the healthy range -- as of August 2007, I am at 32.5, which is in the obese range.



My Program:
Right now, I'm focused on getting back to one-der-land. As of today, 25 pounds to go -- I'm shooting for the end of the year. Program for now is to stay within my nutrition ranges and burn at least 1500 calories a week.

Need to find the secret trick to consistency.
I am trying stickers this year! I get one for excersising, tracking, and stying within ranges- My calander should be full of colors. I am a very visual person- It might just work!
