My Program:
Third try with SparkPeople...I am focusing on nutrition right now to develop new habits. I will work on incorporating fitness as soon as possible. I know myself too well - trying to do both will probably lead to frustration and disappointment. Therefore, I am focusing on one thing so I can feel some success and gain momentum!
