Hi--my name is Janet. I love running and doing strength training. I run 5x/week and workout with weights 3-4x/week. I was in good shape until I met my husband and really enjoyed being w/ him instead of working out/running--so that resulted in weigh gain---yuck! And while I still enjoy being w/ him, I had to put myself first and get back to being healthy.
