Staying Positive!

I am 43 and would like to lose 150 lbs. I joined Sparkpeople to find support and encouragement. I know there are people who have the same difficulties in trying to lose wieght and would like to supporti them during those times.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose at least 150lbs.
My short term goals are to:
1. exercise at least 5 days a week.
2. measure my food and record it.
3 Drink my WATER!

My Program:
Right now I am using WII to help me do my workouts. I do the Wii freestep for about an hour if not longer a day while I watch tv.
I also am planning my meals and snacks for the day and recording them which helping alot.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mom to a wonderful daughter who is 9 yr old.
I am a Vision Rehab therapist. But and currently a stay at home mom.

I work really crazy hours so it is can be difficult for me to keep up with my friends but if you need a lift or just want to chat, im a mouse click away. I always answer my SP mail or comments on my page ...
