My Goals:
Start off losing 50 p0unds, with a large goal of 100 total. Become more physically fit for my hubby and daughter.

Look at Food as Fuel and Not Fun Factor. Eat healthier and choose cleaner foods, cook more for my family.

Exercise more frequently and learn to love it, involve the family in it for support and added fun.

Stay motivated!

My Program:
Plan meals for the week and stick to them. Plan ahead.

Start off day with healthy breakfast. Track everything!

Put up a picture of myself every few weeks on bathroom mirror to see progress.

Drink more water daily, and walk around the block every other day for one mile.

Stop night snacking!



Personal Information:
I love all things food and hate all things exercise -- I hope to change that this year for good!

Other Information:
I love to read and write -- I am a working mother -- and I am inspired to write children's literature some day, whenever/if ever I can find time (smiles).
