The Researchers at Northwestern University found that people who chew gum have increased blood flow to the brain and an increase in cognitive performance. Moreover, people who chew gum have less stress, which protects brain cells from stress related hormones. The researchers recommended chewing gum particularly when you have challenging mental work to do.

Well, I did make a New Years commitment; I am returning to the way I was eating in 2009 and am going to get healthy yet again! I'm tired of limping my way through life; action speaks way louder than words.
