Hi, I'm a gastric bypass surgery patient I've loss 142 lbs so far my surgery was Nov 08. I'm focused on reaching and maintaining my goal weight. I currently workout 3 to 5 days a week. One of my main interest is continuing to get regular cardio, yoga, and weight resistence exercise. Up until now I have not really joined any groups except a surgery group that meets once a month. My Goals:
I'm working toward a life where weight and health are balanced. I want to live my life not be obsessed with food, calories, and body image. I want to be a runner, a do-er, and just be happy.

My Program:
I follow my bariatric eating plan. I workout 3 to 5 days per week between 1 to 1.5 hours session. I do cardio, yoga, strenght training, walk/jog interval training. I keep a food journal, and a regular journal.

Personal Information:
I'm from NJ but now live in Wilmington NC. Married 29 years, with 2 adult children, and one granddaughter. My spouse is always there for me and loved me fat or less fat.

Other Information:
I love to read mostly fiction, however since WLSurgery I've been reading alot of weight, nutrition, and mindfulness books and articals. I enjoy dancing, walking on the NC beaches, and spending time with my family and friends.

Good morning, gorgeous!!!! You're almost to your goal, how awesome! Just keep doing what you're doing, following the rules, living the WLS lifestyle, and staying positive...that is all it takes emoticon Oh, and not giving up from little setbacks (like that 10-lbs i gained that got me to the 140-lb mark emoticon grr...) I'm tenacious though, it will go away again!

Just checking in to say "Hey! Whats up?" emoticon I took a break for a while as I was very busy with work, fiance Visa issues, kids, etc...but am back and "trying" to get back into logging everything (but i keep forgetting, lol)...
