Body Rocker's Diet

My Target is not only to be on a normal BMI, but to lose all excess body fat, keep only 10%, build a muscular toned body and to better health.
Even though i've started earlier I wanted to keep a journal so that i can spot my progress over time and learn from my mistakes

Hey! Thanks for stopping by my blog and adding me! I like your idea of making and freezing foods. I never think to do that! I don't have a microwave but if its a one-dish wonder, I could just throw it in a pot to heat up. Do you have a favorite dish that freezes well? Thanks for the idea!
