My Goals:
My goals are to lose at least 20 lbs. and to walk everyday for 2-3 miles aday. Also drink 8-8 ozs. of water aday and choose the right foods to eat.
My Program:
Cardio 3 times a week and walk 2-3 miles the days I don't do cardio!
