Just My Attitudes

I am improving my health along with changing my attitudes. Improving the strengh in my legs. Incorporating a balance food plan with positive thoughts to achieve improved health for the rest of my life. Drink water,and 5-a-day at least. No salt added to my cooking. More thing from Scratch.
This is not a diet, but the act of replacing of my old habit and attitudes with new or different habits. It takes time and constancy to achieve. Therefore, I will not quit! I will keep putting one foot in front of the others, each day until I reach my goal. Then I will continue to practice these habits for the rest of my life.
Along the way I will need support and be supportive to other. This, is what, I feel will help me the most in meeting my goals.

Peace of mind is my only goal. When I have peace of mind, all other goals fall in line.

My Goals:
To release the excess pounds and keep it off permannetly

Get control of your thoughts to get where you need to go.




My Program:
Adding 6 a day of fruit and vegetabes, Drink at least 8-8ozs. a day. Sleep 8 hrs.







Exercising each day. at least 20 mins. Moves your body!



Listen to music that lifts my sprit as well as moves my body.







I am also working at organizing my house a little each day. Removing the excess papers and books







Take some time to play each day. Sudoku it challsges your mind







Take time to pray, enjoy God's gifts.

Stay Positive, treat myself kindly and others too.
