:) I try to stay as optimistic as possible but it's not always easy. There are still times when I feel overwhelmed. It's definitely something I strive to work on every day. I know you will get there, too. :)

Thanks for your comment on my blog today! I appreciate your support. $50 is a LOT of money, for sure, I'm not really sure what is going on with that. I'm going to try just using the planner for breakfast and dinner and do lunch on my own. We'll see how it goes and call it a learning experience!

Lol, thanks for the promise. I actually used it to psych myself into the run ;)

In the end, I did the two 3-minute runs no problem. How silly of me to have dreaded it so much I that redid Week 2 first.
