My new and improved goal. I am trying to drop some pounds so that my horse showing will improve. It is hard to bend left or right when your belly gets in the way. I also want to be comfortable sleeping and not wake up all the time....also would like my knees and feet to hurt less......I believe all of this to be weight related.
I am sticking to the sparkpeople menu plan. I am working out 6 days a week now and am using the Total Body Sculpting DVD along with the Bollywood videos on this site. I have also buddied up with a coworker to help me along as well.
