My new and improved goal. I am trying to drop some pounds so that my horse showing will improve. It is hard to bend left or right when your belly gets in the way. I also want to be comfortable sleeping and not wake up all the time....also would like my knees and feet to hurt less......I believe all of this to be weight related.
I am sticking to the sparkpeople menu plan. I am working out 6 days a week now and am using the Total Body Sculpting DVD along with the Bollywood videos on this site. I have also buddied up with a coworker to help me along as well.
Hi there. My name is Crissteen. I am 45 years old and I live in Randolph, Ohio. I am married to a wonderful man and have two older boys and one beautiful granddaughter. We have one dog and three horses and 2 kittens. We have been in our home now for 2 years and my horses are in my back yard now and I love it! I have been showing my horse dressage in training level and first level and just finished my first year showing recognized. We even qualified for regionals and had a great time at Kentucky horse park!
EVEN WHEN IT'S FREE...ALL TIME IS VALUABLE *To understand the value of one year:ask a student who has failed a final exam. *To understand the value of one month: ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby. *To understand the value of one week:ask the editor of a weekly newspaper. *To understand the value of one day:ask a daily wage laborer who has 10 kids to feed. *To understand the value of one hour:ask the lovers who are waiting to meet. *To understand the value of one minute:ask the person who has missed the train, bus, or plane. *To understand the value of one second:ask a person who has survived an accident. *To understand the value of one millisecond:ask the person who has won a silver medal in the Olympics. *TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE. TREASURE EVERY MOMENT YOU HAVE. You will treasure it even more when you can share it with someone special. ---unknown
