My goals are to gradually increase my consumption of fruits and veggies and decrease the amount of dairy I eat.
I am not counting calories right now. I feel like if I eat lots of fruits and veggies and limit the dairy, eggs, bread and pasta my calories should be pretty well in line and my weight should drop slowly.
