I am 28 years old now. I started on Spark in 2007 and lost a lot of weight. When I had to maintain, I didn't think the site had enough support for that (I hoped that changed between then and now) so I left. I was doing okay, until my dad died. Then I didn't care anymore and started snacking again. For a long time I didn't care that I was getting bigger again but I can't even fit last years sumer clothes so I need to start over again. I want to start again.

I need to stop eating candy and junk food in the evenings. Other then that I am eating farily healthy. Some habits I learned here did stick after all. It is the snacking that needs to stop.

My success:
I have to start over again, so stay tuned.

My weak points in my diet are:
- Not drinknig enough water
- Getting fruits in
- Chocolate
- Snacks

I have chronic fatigue therefore I choose not to rely on a heavy fitness program but mostly on changes I can make in my intake.

I am a pegan. I love to read tarot and to work with herbs and stones. I have received my Reiki I and my Reiki II. I will start a course to become a Holistic drawing teacher in september from this year.

oh and hobbies: watching anime, reading manga, doing DDR, play video games, blogging, politics, drawing, painting, being otherwise creative

Also... I have a lot of pets ^_^

My Goals:
I would like to weigh between 65 and 70 kilos again.

I'm trying to drink 4 - 6 glasses of water each day now.

I'm keeping my fruits in sight and I'm buying small amounts of fruit 2 times a week.

My Program:
I'm listing everything what I eat.

I eat almost no candy anymore at weekdays.

I only serve myself 1 portion of dinner instead of 2.

I eat healthy snacks.

General tips that worked for me:
- Plan your menu in advance. I make menu's for a whole week. That way I get variation and I know beforehand what I will be eating. It also limits my trips to the supermarket.

    Ok, the info about your Abunai is very interesting and sounds like you prolly had a blast. And I loved all your bento boxes, they look beautiful and healthy! But I didn't find the recipe for the taco muffins, I did find the lovely photo of it though, and recipes for the other bentos...

    They DO sound yummy! Especially after I found out I can use "veggie meat" (I saw on DAP's page..). Would you make us a blog about the recipe, or post it in our Cauldron Keeper recipe book? or make a spark recipe and send us a link? I'd REALLY like to try them!!

    Also I've looked up Abunai, when I saws it in your status, but I found everything from "a psychedelic rock folk rock band from Boston, Massachusetts" to a soccer academy to "home of the Dutch anime convention". What is YOUR Abunai?
