Hi - I am Tammy and have just turned 46. I am married and have 3 beautiful sons. I love learning, teaching, buying and selling collectible glass.
I have been overweight since I was about 11. I have lost down to my goal a few times but always to gain it back. Sparkpeople helped me to lose over 40 pounds acouple of years ago. I quit using Sparkpeople and gained it back plus more. I am back to lose the excess weight for good.

My Goals:
I am in my 40s and think this is going to be the greatest time of my life. I want to grow both professionally and personally. I am becoming healthier by losing my excess pounds.

I am originally from Iowa but now live in Ohio with my husband and two sons still at home. My oldest son is in the Army
Besides working full time, my husband & I have an partime business selling antiques & depression glass on Ebay and antique shows on the road.
