To track all the food and workout at least 3 times per week.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for 20 years. We have 3 kids - one in college and the other two about to be... It is time to allow myself to make myself a priority and take care of my health. We live in Georgia.

I never thought that I could run either. I used to occasionally jog to catch the bus, and get winded after only a few steps. Then, I forced myself to run for an entire minute non-stop. when I trained for my first 5K. I couldn't believe I could actually do it!
Eventually, after about 10 weeks of training, and running 3 times a week, I was able to run for almost 8 or 9 minutes at a time, with a minute or two of walking in between each 8/9 minute runs. I never actually run very fast or anything, but it was very empowering to at least "wog" (walk/run). I felt so strong!
I bet you could do it too, if I could!
cj ps - your weight right now is where I started this journey this past time in March of last year. We actually have a few things in common. I'm around 135 now.
